TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HANDMADE RECORDS
These are the current terms and conditions for purchases from Handmade Records via our online store: handmaderecords.myshopify.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices
We sell LPs, CDs, cassettes and other physical and digital music formats, as well as merchandise (such as t-shirts and accessories). All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and displayed before payment.
3. Payment
You can securely pay with Vipps via MobilePay Checkout. Or With Shopify's integrated solutions.
We use MobilePay/Vipps as the payment service provider. in addition to Shopify's own integrated solutiions. The transaction is handled securely and in accordance with Norwegian law.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses Worldwide. Orders are normally packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and carrier.
You will receive tracking information by email if applicable.

5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. Notify us by email at post@handmaderecords.net before returning the item.
Digital files and purchases can not be returned
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. The buyer covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
6. Complaints
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. Send a photo and description to: post@handmaderecords.net
We follow the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and will replace or refund the item as agreed.
7. Privacy
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with GDPR. Information is only used to fulfill and follow up your order. Se shopify's updated privacy policy.

Dette er de gjeldende salgsbetingelsene for kjøp av produkter fra Handmade Records via vår nettbutikk: handmaderecords.myshopify.com. Ved å gjennomføre et kjøp, godtar du disse vilkårene.

2. Produkter og priser
Vi selger LP-er, CD-er, kassetter og annet fysisk og digitalt musikkformat, i tillegg til merch (som t-skjorter og tilbehør). Alle priser er oppgitt i norske kroner (NOK) og inkluderer merverdiavgift (mva) der dette er aktuelt.
Fraktkostnad kommer i tillegg og vises i kassen før betaling.
3. Betaling
Du kan betale trygt med Vipps via MobilePay Checkout. Beløpet reserveres ved kjøp og trekkes når varene sendes.
Vi bruker MobilePay/Vipps som betalingsformidler i tillegg til shopify's integrerte betalingsløsning.
Transaksjonen håndteres sikkert og i henhold til norske lover.
4. Levering og frakt
Vi sender til adresser i Norge og verden. Bestillinger pakkes og sendes normalt innen 1-3 virkedager. Leveringstid avhenger av valgt fraktmetode og postleverandør.
Du vil motta sporingsinformasjon på e-post der det er aktuelt.

5. Angrerett
Som kunde har du 14 dagers angrerett fra dagen du mottar varen, i henhold til angrerettloven. Gi beskjed på e-post til post@handmaderecords.net før retur.
Varer må returneres i samme stand som mottatt. Kjøper betaler returfrakt. Beløpet refunderes innen 14 dager etter at varen er mottatt i retur.
Digitale filer returneres ikke.
6. Reklamasjon
Dersom produktet har en feil eller er skadet ved mottak, må du kontakte oss innen rimelig tid. Send bilde og beskrivelse til: post@handmaderecords.net
Vi følger forbrukerkjøpsloven og erstatter eller refunderer etter avtale.
7. Personvern
Vi behandler dine personopplysninger konfidensielt og i henhold til gjeldende personvernlovgivning (GDPR). Data brukes kun for å gjennomføre og følge opp bestillingen. Se Shopify's øvrige privacy policy for den integrerte betalingsløsningen.
